· Do any of your subscribers know of a substitute for shellfish (shrimp or scallops)? I see many interesting recipes that I'd like to convert for my kosher kitchen.

· I recently purchased your Cook'n CD and I opened it today for the first time. What a wonderful surprise. I have about 12 Recipe CD's and yours is by far the best. It's easy to use and has so many wonderful recipes. I'm hooked, I believe I'll only be using your CD from now on. One more thing, I love the way you can update my computer with additional recipes. We decided not to alphabetize the chapters because in many books, the Preface or Introduction chapters need to come first. However, I believe it would be kind of neat to allow the user to change this setting. I will make a note of it and implement it in a future version. I will post it on the Internet when I finish it so everyone can download it.
