Do you want more pressure cooker recipes?

I don't know about you but I am fascinated by this issue of the HomeCook'n Newsletter, especially the Cook'n Under Pressure article.
You know, I learn something new in almost every issue so I guess I shouldn't be surprised but I'm sitting here pondering what I just read and I'm amazed by what I just learned!

Desi does such a great job in every issue. She presents interesting cooking information in such a pleasant and fun way. It makes me want to go get out the pressure cooker and cook up something...and it's 12:25 at night! I can hardly wait till tomorrow.
