Punch Planner
Just how much punch am I going to need? Stand by this rule of thumb when planning beverages for a group: 2-3 (1/2-cup) servings per person when the beverage will be served before the event (i.e., dinner) and 4-5 (1/2-cup) servings per person when the drink will be enjoyed throughout the event.
Also consider the size of glass you'll be serving the beverage in. If it is larger than the 1/2-cup size, you'll probably need additional ounces of punch. Additionally, if the punch will be "self-serve" keep some back-up ingredients in the refrigerator to mix up in a jiffy.
