Sweetest Corn Meal Around!

Hello,

I was just reading about your Mock Corn Tortillas and remembered something we tried this last summer. We grow and sell sweet corn and someone told us to let some dry on the stalk and then pick and get the kernels off. We did this but then had to let them sit a few more days to dry out completely, but then we ground the kernels up in our wheat grinder and had the best tasting corn meal ever. It was so sweet and even my husband who does not like corn bread liked it. My kids enjoyed it because they got to help make it. Just a thought to go along with your grain newsletter.
