Deep Fried Baked Potato

Dan,
I had a deep fried baked potato at a restaurant the other day; it was battered and really good. Do you have any recipes for such a thing? I would love to know how to do it myself.

I have heard of deep fried baked potatoes, but I can’t seem to find a recipe for them anywhere. No one wants to share their secret. Does anyone out there have a recipe to satisfy Kimber’s taste buds? If so e-mail it to us and we will feature it in next month’s issue.
