Tortillas from Sorghum Flour
While I am going your newsletter Vol 2, April 30 2005, I saw one article "Nothing Like a Fresh Tortilla" by "Amy Hunt", I just want to tell you, here in India we use rice, sorghum and wheat flour to prepare tortillas. Here we also prepare corn tortillas, these tortillas are called here as "Bhakari" you eat these tortillas with many things such with fried or cooked vegetables.
You can also try these things to get diversity in your daily diet. If someone has allergy with wheat gluten then he or she can use rice and sorghum flours to prepare tortillas. Sorghum tortillas have a few benefits; they contain less fat, easy to digest, and more in fiber.
With Best Regards
Sincerely Yours
