It would be more helpful to see a slide show of each step. The video cannot show this clearly and ends up being more showy than helpful.

The quality varies so much. The video clips that appear to be professionally recorded work fine on my computer. Those recorded in you kitchen are generally dark and very hard to hear even if I adjust my computer to the max.

I have yet to be able to view a clip. I have a slow connection, but I am usually able to view other clips. I don't know why I have trouble with yours. Regardless, I do enjoy your e-letter!

I watched the cooking segment on Chicken Enchiladas. It was very good. I wanted to make them today.

It takes forever to load and sometimes I can't get it to load at all. Then I really feel as though I missed out. I got only one of the the last month's. I got the "copper clapper" on this month but the other one wouldn't load (I'm not sure I wanted to anyway because of the title!)
