This refreshing fruit salad will taste equally delicious at breakfast, lunch or dinner! I like to use whatever fruit or berries I have on hand for this great salad.

Ingredients:
6 | fresh mandarine or mini oranges, peeled, sectioned, and seeded |
1/2 | of a fresh pineapple , peeled, cored, and cut into chunks |
1 | large banana, sliced |
1 | large apple, chopped |
1/3 cup | golden raisins |
1/4 cup | sweetened shredded coconut, toasted |
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Sprinkle with coconut just before serving. Yield: 4 servings.
