Fried Cabbage

Cabbage cooked right is full of flavor and one of my favorite sides.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon pepper
6 cups coarsely chopped cabbage
1 tablespoon water

Directions:
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in the sugar, salt, pepper flakes and pepper. Add the cabbage and water. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
