Pork Stew

Ingredients: (Serves 6)
- 3/4 pound left over pork from Monday night
- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- 5 carrots, chopped
- 1 (10 3/4) oz can cream of celery soup
- 1 (10 3/4) oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. milk
- Place shredded pork roast, and carrots in a crock pot
- In a separate bowl mix soups, tomato sauce and milk together
- Pour over meat, and carrots.
- Cook in slow cooker all day or in over at 250 degrees for 8 hours
- Add diced, cooked potatoes to stew the last 45 minutes of cooking
