Cajun Pork Roast

Serves: 5


           Download this recipe.

   2 pounds pork loin roast
   3 tablespoons paprika
   1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper
   1 tablespoon garlic powder
   2 teaspoons oregano
   2 teaspoons thyme
   1/8 teaspoon salt
   1/2 teaspoon ground white peppers
   1/2 teaspoon cumin
   1/4 teaspoon nutmeg


1. Combine all seasonings and rub well over all surfaces of roast. Place roast in shallow pan and roast in 350° F. oven for about an hour, until internal temperature is 155 - 160° F
2. Remove from oven, let rest 5 - 10 minutes before slicing.
