I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. Honey BBQ Orange Glaze

Serves: 5


           Download this recipe.

   1 cup Cattlemen's Golden Honey barbecue sauce
   1/4 cup orange flavor liqueur or orange juice
   1/4 cup butter
   1 tablespoon grated orange zest
   2 teaspoons minced, fresh thyme leaves


1. Place all ingredients in small sauce pan
2. Simmer until butter melts, flavors are blended and sauce thickens slightly
3. Pour half of glaze between folds of ham and warm pre-cooked ham
4. Warm the remaining glaze and serve with ham
