I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. Who Hash

Serves: 10


  Download this recipe.

   3/4 large box Rice Chex
   1/2-3/4 Golden Grahams
   2 cups coconut
   1 package slivered almonds
   1 cup butter
   1 1/4 cups sugar
   1 1/4 cups corn syrup
   1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Mix first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix next 3 ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for 3-5 minutes. Add vanilla and pour over cereal. Mix well and serve.
