3/4 cup light mayo or salad dressing
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Reduced fat milk (2%)
3 medium unpeeled red eating apples, coarsely chopped (2 cups)
3 stalks medium celery, chopped (1 cup)
1/4 cup chopped dates, raisins, or Craisins
1/2 cup coarsely chopped nuts
Salad Greens, if desired
1. Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and milk in medium bowl.
2. Stir in apples, celery and nuts. Serve on salad greens. Store remaining salad covered in
refrigerator.
