Garlic - Butter Orzo

Serves: 4

1 cup orzo pasta, cooked
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Place orzo in a serving bowl and set aside. Melt butter in a 12" skillet over medium-high heat; sauté garlic until golden. Remove from heat; add lemon juice, stirring well. Pour over orzo; add parsley and toss.
