I have been buying your software for years and I absolutely love it!!! It’s on
my laptop so I take it into my kitchen. Start up the software and I'm ready
to cook. This new Cook'n Club idea is so awesome!!!
Dovetailing Tips: We will be using lots of mozzarella the next few days so save yourself some time and hassle by shredding 2 cups for Wednesday and slicing 1/4 pound for Thursday as long as you have it out for your Pizza Burgers tonight! It will keep just fine in a baggie in the fridge until you need it later in the week.
Dovetailing Tips: Use the preslived mozzarella again tonight for a little time saving. And when preparing the Parmesan Chicken and chopping ¾ c onion, be sure to chop the ¼ cup for the Green Beans and also chop ¾ cup and save it for the Friday’s Bayou Shrimp Creole. While you have the cutting board and knife out, you could chop the ½ cup bell pepper and ½ cup celery too!
Dovetailing Tips: Tonight you can use anything you precut on Thursday. If your onion, pepper, and celery are all cut you will have dinner on the table in no time!
