Parsley Potatoes

5 medium potatoes
1 chicken bouillon
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Peel and cut potatoes in 1 inch cubes. Place potatoes in pan with enough water to cover the bottom. Add bouillon and cook until potatoes are tender check and stir often, if needed add small amount of water. When done add butter and parsley and toss then serve.
