Ice Cream with Mandarin Oranges and Fortune Cookies

1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 11-ounce can mandarin orange segments
1 package fortune cookies

Place a scoop of ice cream in each bowl. Spoon oranges over each serving. Put cookies on plate to pass to guests.
