I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. Creamy Ranch Chicken

Serves: 4


  Download this recipe.

4 chicken breasts
1/4 cup water
1 packet dry ranch salad dressing mix (can use italian as well)
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1 cup cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom if preferred)
Rice


Put the chicken in the bottom of the crock pot.
Mix the water with the dressing mix and pour over chicken.
Cook on low for 3-4 hours
Mix cream cheese with cream soup, and add to the chicken mixture.
Cook an additional 2-3 hours on low.
Serve over rice or noodles!
