Caramel Marshmallow Delights

1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup butter
1 (14-ounce) package caramels, unwrapped
1 (16-ounce) package marshmallows
1 (10-ounce) package puffed rice cereal
Combine milk, butter and caramels in a heavy saucepan over medium heat; stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat; quickly dip marshmallows into mixture and then roll in rice cereal. Arrange on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet; refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove from baking sheet; store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
