Dovetailing Tips: As always, I recommend handling the onions only once for the week. If you mince an extra onion today while you are already chopping the one for this recipe you will have it ready to go tomorrow and you won't have to handle them again.
Dovetailing Tips: You are using chickens tonight and Thursday so you can get way ahead by cutting both up today. Then Thursday it will be so nice and easy to get dinner started with that bit already taken care of! Also, don't forget to toss in the onion you already cut for this meal.
