Cake:
1 small package lemon jello
1 lemon cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup oils
Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
6 tablespoons lemon juice
Mix cake ingredients all together; pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes. While it is cooking, combine juice and powdered sugar. When cake is done, pole with fork then spoon glaze over the top. Cover as evenly as possible.
Can substitute 1/2 of the oil with applesauce.
