Crockpot Beef Steak
Serves: 4

1 1/2 pounds boneless beef chuck or round steak, cut into thin strips
1/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 1-pound can tomatoes
1 4-ounce can mushrooms, drained (optional)
2 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 package frozen french style green beans
1 10-ounce can beans
Put steaks strips, flour, salt and pepper in crockpot, stirring well to coat meat. Add remaining ingredients and cook on LOW for 8 hours; or 5 hours on LOW, and 2 hours on HIGH.
