Peanut Butter Chocolates

Serves: 40


        

  Download this recipe.

2 cups peanut butter (or 18 ounce jar)
1 cup butter, softened
4 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla


Mix well. Roll in balls. Freeze centers. Roll in melted chocolate.

Makes about 120.
