Refried Beans

2 cups dry pinto beans
7 cups water
1 cup chopped onions
4 cloves garlic
3/4 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons oils
1 cup cheddar cheese
Soak beans overnight. Put beans in a stock pot with fresh water and the rest of the ingredients (except oil and cheese). Cook for 1-2 hours until beans are tender. Heat oil in a large skillet and add beans. Fry and mash until beans are smooth. Top with cheese.
