Dovetailing Tips: Mince one small and one medium onion today. You will use the small today and the medium Tuesday. While you are cutting them, slice 1 medium onion for Friday. It will keep fine in an air-tight bag and you won't have to cry over it twice!

Dovetailing Tips: Today as you shred cheese add an extra 2 cups (8 ounces) and you will be ahead for Thursday.
