Low-Fat French Fries

Serves: 6

3 large baking potatoes, unpeeled, cut into 3/8-inch-thick strips
1 tablespoon oils
Seasoned salt


1. Heat oven to 425°F. Spray large cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

2. Place potatoes and oil in plastic bag; shake until well coated. Arrange in single layer on sprayed cookie sheet.

3. Bake at 425°F. for 15 minutes. Carefully turn potatoes; sprinkle lightly with seasoned salt. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until tender. If desired, broil 1 to 2 minutes for additional browning.
