Mrs. Dash' Baked Ziti

8 ounces ziti pasta, cooked al dente
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cups sliced, fresh mushrooms
1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning
2 teaspoons - 3 teaspoons mrs. dash extra spicy seasoning
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (or 1 teaspoon dried)
2 tablespoons romano cheese, shredded
2 14 1/2-ounce cans stewed tomatoes (no salt added)
2 tablespoons fat-free grated parmesan cheese
In a medium saucepan, sauté onion and mushroom in olive oil until onions are translucent and mushrooms release their juice. Add Mrs. Dash seasonings, rosemary, Romano, and cooked pasta and toss to incorporate flavors. Place in a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Pour stewed tomatoes over top, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, cover and bake for 25 minutes at 375 F. Remove cover and bake an additional 5 minutes. Serves 8.
