Monday

Creamy Spinach and Tortellini

Dovetailing Tips: Lots of chopping today will make for lighter work the rest of the week. First, onions - You want to chop 1 1/4 cup and you will have enough for today, Wednesday, and Thursday. Then slice 3 large onions and that will leave you ready for tomorrow and Friday.


Tuesday

Fajitas
Mexican Rice
Chocolate Fruit Pizza

Dovetailing Tips: Today you will reap the rewards of having your onions ready and you will do a little work for the rest of the week! Today it is green bell peppers! Slice 2 medium bell peppers in to 1/4 inch strips for this meal and then chop a cup and save those for Wednesday and Friday! You will also be preparing a lot of fruit for the fruit pizza. This is a great time to go ahead and rinse and cut fruit for Fruit Salsa and Peach-Raspberry Cobbler. You will be glad you did!


Wednesday

Tortilla Chicken Soup
Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

Dovetailing Tips: Use your onions, peppers, and fruit today! I told you you would be glad!


Thursday

Crab and Shrimp Crepes
Basic Crepe Recipe
Lemon-Buttered Asparagus
Peach-Raspberry Cobbler

Dovetailing Tips: You get to use your onions, peaches, and raspberries today. Gotta love dovetailing!


Friday

Lime-Marinated Pork with Cirtus Salsa
Quick Brown Rice Pilaf
Anne's Apple Crumb Pie

Dovetailing Tips: It's finally Friday! Ue the last of those onions and peppers and have a great weekend.
