Monday
Dovetailing Tips: Get your cutting board ready! Today you will be working with carrots, green onions, and strawberries. When you have the carrots out, take the extra minute to slice 2 extra carrots for Wednesday. Also slice an extra 1/4 cup of green onions and wash and halve a quart of strawberries. You will use the strawberries tomorrow and the green onions Wednesday!
Tuesday
Dovetailing Tips: Chop 3 cups of onion today and you will be set for the whole week! You also get to use that quart of strawberries you cut yesterday.
Wednesday
Dovetailing Tips: You get to use the green onions, chopped onions, and sliced carrots. You are way ahead! Take the time to grate an extra 1/3 cup of Parmesan and slice one green pepper as long as you have them out! These will come in handy Friday!
Thursday
Dovetailing Tips: You still have chopped onion to use!
Friday
Dovetailing Tips: The last of the chopped onion will save you time today. Don't forget you have a sliced green pepper and grated Parmesan too!
