Ross' Perfect-Every-Time Rice

Serves 6

Ingredients:

2 cups long grain rice
4 cups water
1 dash salt
1 cube chicken bouillon

The trick here is not removing the lid to continually check on things. Let it do it's thing!

Put everything in pot over medium heat and covered. Once you can tell it is really boiling (lid usually dances a little) turn the heat down to very low (nearly off) and set timer for 15 minutes. When timer goes off slide the rice off the hot burner and set timer for 10 more minutes with no heat. DON'T PEAK!

After that 10 minutes you will have wonderful rice!!!

*This same recipe can be adapted to larger or smaller amounts. Just do 2 parts water to 1 part rice and use same cook times.
