Dovetailing Tips: Onions are always the go-to for dovetailing and they haven't let us down this week! Today and will mince all you need for the week and then just be ready to enjoy. One recipe calls for 1 large onion diced and two recipes call for minced onions. If you want to follow them exatly then mince 2 cups and dice the one large onion. If you aren't worried about the size of the pieces so much then just mince 3 cups (about 3 large onions).


Wednesday

Dovetailing Tips: The diced onion is for this meal. Use it or your "1 large onion" equivalent (about 1 cup) of the minced onions!


Thursday

Dovetailing Tips: Use 1/3 cup of your minced onions. You may have a little bit extra leftover, but thats okay. Always better to have a little too much rather than a little too little!
