Baked Potatoes with Leftover Chili
Serves 6
Ingredients:
6 potatoesbutter
sour cream
salt and pepper
Scrub potatoes. Prick with fork. Place in oven and bake at 350°F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until tender when squeezed gently. Cut an X in the top of each potato and gently squeeze from the bottom to force potato open. Serve with butter, sour cream, salt and pepper.
