Carmel Popcorn
Serves 12
Ingredients:
3 bags microwave popcorn2 cubes butter
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup Karo corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon mexican vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
Pour popped microwave popcorn into a large bowl, then transfer to another large bowl with your fingers to remove all unpopped kernals. Mix butter, sugar, syrup, and salt in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla and baking soda. Pour over popcorn and mix to coat.
