Italian Vegetable Salad

Serves 6

Ingredients:

1/2 head lettuce
1 head Romaine lettuce
1/2 purple onion, sliced
2 tomatoes, quartered
1/2 cup shredded fresh Parmesan cheese

Tear lettuce in bite-size pieces and place in a large bowl. Wash and cut tomatoes in wedges and add to lettuce. Add cheese and toss lightly. Serve with Italian Dressing.
