Asparagus Amandine
Serves 6
Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 package frozen asparagus spears
Prepare asparagus as directed on package. Melt butter in small skillet. Add almonds and stir on medium heat until golden. Add salt and lemon juice. Place asparagus in serving dish. Pour almond mixture over asparagus. Let stand several minutes before serving.
