Garden Delight Salad
Serves 6
Ingredients:
1 head lettuce1/2 cup chopped purple cabbage
3 green onions,chopped
3 carrots,chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
Chop lettuce in bite-size pieces and place in bowl. Add remaining ingredients and serve with favorite dressing.
