Monday

Dovetailing Tips: Today you will make huge strides for the week. First step is onions. Even though you will need them cut in different ways it really is easier to handle them all at once and only have to wash the dishes once! Dice what you need for today, plus an extra 2 tablespoons. Then just peel and quarter another medium onion and store it sealed in the fridge until tomorrow. It may take a second today, but it will save you time the next two days.

Besides the onions we will also want to get broccoli all ready. It is as easy as washing and chopping an additional head while you are already at it today. Easy as can be, but it will be nice to have it done on Wednesday.


Tuesday

Dovetailing Tips: Just used that quartered onion today and you are done!


Wednesday

Dovetailing Tips: Your 2 tablespoons of minced onion and your broccoli are ready to go!
