Oven-Roasted Potatoes
Serves 6
Ingredients:
1 cup vegetable oil1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 1/2 pounds red-skinned potatoes, washed and cut into 1-inch chunks (about 6 to 7 potatoes)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except potatoes. Toss potatoes in mixture, coating evenly.
Place on a baking sheet and bake 50 to 60 minutes, until crisp and golden.
