Monday
Dovetailing Tips: Onions, onions, onions - That's the plan today! Chop 5 medium to large onions and you will have enough for the whole week. Here's a little guideline on the size of onions and how many cups they produce chopped.
Small = 1/3 to 1/2 cup
Medium = 1/2 to 3/4 cup
Large = 3/4 to 1 cup
X-Large = 1 to 1 1/4 cup
Chop what you have and use those measurements to make sure you get the right amount in the dish! You will be using them today and tomorrow.
