Monday
Dovetailing Tips:
- Rinse all strawberries and blueberries; slice and store unused portion in freezer
- Shred extra parmesan cheese and save for Tuesday night's dinner
Tuesday
Dovetailing Tips:
- Cook two boxes of pasta, al dente; store half in the fridge for tomorrow night
- Refrigerate leftover raspberries for use tomorrow and Thursday
- Use leftover parmesan cheese in place of Romano in the "Grilled Zucchini Salad" recipe
Wednesday
- Fruit Salad in Seconds
- Roasted-Pepper Pasta Salad
- Angel Food Cupcakes with Whipped Cream and Berries
Dovetailing Tips:
- Use extra sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries to top cupcakes
Thursday
- Pork Chops with Golden Apple Sauce
- Broccoli Cole Slaw
- Vanilla Ice Cream (store bought)
Dovetailing Tips:
- Use remaining berries with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a quick dessert
Friday
- Wild Mushroom Risotto
- Tossed Salad Greens
- Caramel-Dipped Apples
Dovetailing Tips:
- Use remaining shredded parmesan cheese on either the Risotto or the salad greens (or both!)
