This is equally good using Romaine lettuce or another favorite green.

2 cups | precooked quinoa |
4 cups | arugula |
1/3 cup | sun dried tomato, chopped |
1/3 cup | crumbled feta cheese |
3 ounces | lemon vinaigrette |
Directions:
