When preparing the beef cubes for the Kebabs, prepare an extra pound of beef cubes to be used on Day 4, Barbequed Beef Cubes. Refrigerate until ready to cook.

Make extra herbed mashed potatoes to use to make Potato Pancakes on Day 5. Because your herbs are already there just add egg and flour. And of course, don’t forget the cheese.

In preparation for Day 4, Tapioca Pudding, cover ½ cup of tapioca with water and soak overnight
