Prepare marinade for Teriyaki Chicken and place chicken thighs, increasing chicken by 1 or 2 thighs, and place in Ziplock bag in the fridge to marinade overnight. Your leftover cooked chicken will be used on Day 5 in Asian Nachos.

Prepare extra Grilled Corn Pico de Gallo and serve on the Pork Burger on Day 4, instead of, or in addition to the Tomatillo Salsa included in the recipe.
