Berry Salad with Chicken and Feta
With leftover chicken in the fridge, I can throw this quick salad together in no time. The berries give it a fresh summer taste.

Ingredients:
organic salad greens of choice (I used baby lettuces) | |
avocado, 1/4 per person, diced | |
yellow bell pepper, diced | |
cucumber, diced | |
crisp apple, diced (1/4 per person) | |
raspberries | |
blueberries | |
strawberries | |
cooked chicken, diced or shredded | |
feta cheese | |
chopped hazelnut | |
sea salt | |
freshly ground black pepper | |
raspberry vinaigrette | |
Directions:
For each salad, add greens to place. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients, to taste. Pass the raspberry vinaigrette.
