Cook 3-4 extra turkey legs to have leftovers to make 2 cups of shredded turkey to use in Creamy Turkey Tetrazzini on Day 4.

Prepare 6 extra ears of corn and grill as directed. Cut off kernels when cool and use in Roasted Corn and Tomato Salad on Day 3.
