Don’t you wish there was a magic pill that could give you more energy? As I’m writing this, I’m feeling the results of kids + Daylight Savings, I’m currently 11 weeks pregnant and just plain EXHAUSTED. Then you add in the holidays and all the prep that is required, the darker nights, the colder weather- who doesn’t want to just curl up in bed? While there may not be any magic energy pills, you can definitely boost your energy with some of these “magic” foods that can give you the gusto you need to tackle the upcoming holidays!

Eggs. These are PACKED with protein, which as we’ve said, keeps you full and keeps those hunger pangs at bay!
