I just wanted to let you know that my husband passed away suddenly on the 18th of last month. We had been married for 54 years, & known each other since childhood. As you can no doubt imagine, dealing with something like this is very hard - the grief is overwhelming.

You may be wondering why I am telling you this - but here's where Cook'n comes in. Along with everything else that using Cook'n daily helps with, it helps me deal with grief. I can sit down for a while, capture recipes, post them to my Amish & Crockpot FB groups, or just generally play around in it.
