Yes! Click View->Brands to enter your specific food item with its corresponding nutrition data. Then, click View->Ingredients to add that Brand to the corresponding ingredient and click the button with the star icon to make it the preferred. After that, whenever that ingredient is used in a recipe, the nutritional data you entered will be used when calculating nutrition.
