ANSWER:

The new Cook'n for Apple Watch App should work just fine in Canada.

To resolve the problem you are having, please press the Digital Crown twice on your Watch to display a list of the active apps. Scroll down if necessary until you see the Cook'n app and swipe it left to display a red X. Tap the red X to terminate the app. Launch it again and it should sync the recipe from your iPhone.

Also, you should browse several recipes on your phone (as shown in the demo video) and you should see the recipes appear on your Watch each time. If you need any additional assistance, please contact support@dvo.com and we will be happy to help you.
